Scale computeScale(float width,

                   Scale gfxScale)

Returns the scale to be used by the canvas with the supplied dimensions.

Parameters:

width - the width of the to-be-created canvas, in logical pixels.

height - the height of the to-be-created canvas, in logical pixels.

gfxScale - the default scale factor (defines the scale of the logical pixels).
